Eyes are always on you...yes that's right. When you are a competitor in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or some other sports where you transform your physique, people will stare. Why is this? Some times undesirable comments are made...loud enough to be heard! But, how we react to these is really the true test of our strength and spirit, and what type of person we want to be perceived when we open our mouth for rebuttal. Fire may come darting from our eyes, but...these people are the ones that fuel us. So, be gracious, smile, and walk your muscular frame away laughing at that type of ignorance. Because little do they know, they just inspired you to kill it in the gym and diet harder...thanks haters, you all have a special place in our heads when we are pounding the iron.
